Return Policy:

Under no circumstances will Thunder Products Clutching, LLC. accept returned goods for credit without prior written authorization from our office in Cedarville, MI. No credit will be given unless return merchandise has an authorization and invoice number. Our sales personnel are not authorized to pick up goods for return. Returned item must not have been installed/used and must be in new condition and in original packaging with a minimum 20% restocking charge to be deducted. We will do an exchange for items with price adjustments. Cost to ship the product back to us, and us to ship replacements to you will be assumed by the customer.


Prices listed on our website and in our catalog are subject to change without notice. Our website has the most current pricing.

Shipping Instructions:

We ship by USPS Standard or Priority Mail in the Continental U.S. Other orders may be shipped best way (USPS or UPS Ground). Our site shows the most current shipping charges. If you want your item shipped overnight, choose UPS Overnight. We will ship the following business day.


Online orders must be paid by credit or PayPal system during the checkout process.

Freight Claims:

When you receive your products, thoroughly inspect each one for damage or product shortage. If there is damage or shortage, please notify us no later than 5 days after shipment. We will gladly help trace or recover lost goods and collect damages. If the above procedures are followed, we can hold down the cost of reshipping freight and filling claims, thus giving better service to you.
